PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
I understand by registering myself/my child for Sound Check Show Choir that I am agreeing to adhere to all of Sound Check Show Choir’s policies as stated on the information page of their website.
I will follow the attendance policy for both rehearsals and performances of the 2026-2027 Session. I/my child may only miss up to 5 rehearsals (20 hours) during the 2026-2027 Session. I/my child may not miss more than 2 rehearsals in a row.
I understand that if I/my child breaks any of the attendance policies, I/they will be dismissed for the remainder of the session with no refund. I understand the uniform requirements and understand that I/my child is required to participate in the session's fundraiser in order to be a member of the group. I understand the refund policy of the 2026-2027 session. Absolutely no refunds will be given after August 31, 2026.
