RETURNING MEMBER INFORMATION

*Before you complete your registration, please read carefully through our information, policies and procedures
to ensure that you are prepared to commit to our show choir during the 2026-2027 Session. 

Registration Deadlines

Early Bird Registration Period: February 1, 2026  ($230)

Regular Registration: June 26, 2026    ($285)

We are closing registration for returning members before the audition process
so we know how to plan for the session.

If you decide that you would like to register after the 6/26/26 deadline,
please reach out to us at that time to see if there are still spots available in the group.

We accept payments via credit card/debit card & PayPal
or Pay Later/Pay In 4 options through Afterpay, Affirm & Klarna.

Payment plans are available during Early Registration & Regular Registration. 
These are NOT automatic payments. You will be sent an invoice each month and will be responsible for making these payments by their due date. See more information below.

*ALL FEES ARE DUE IN FULL BY AUGUST 31, 2026*

We offer many ways to take care of your registration fee:

However, if those options don’t work for you, we also offer payment plans when you sign up during the Early Bird & Regular Registration periods.

​Payment plans are not offered after 6/26/2026.

 

Payment plans can be accessed at the bottom of the “Register Now!” page.

 

*Refunds after your initial registration until 4/1/2026 will be 50% of the amount you have paid toward your registration fee. 

*Refunds after your initial registration from 4/2/2026-8/31/2026 will be 25% of the amount you have paid toward your registration fee.​​

*NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN AFTER 8/31/2026.

Early Bird Registration

Payment Plan Options

Available 1/6/26 - 2/1/26

REGISTRATION FEE - $230

PAY IN 3:

Pay $80 on your initial registration date. Payment #2 in the amount of $75 is due 1 month after your registration date. Payment #3 in the amount of $75 is due 2 months after your registration date. 

 

PAY IN 6:

Pay $40.00 on your initial registration date. Payment #2 in the amount of $38.00 is due 1 month after your registration date. Payment #3 in the amount of $38.00 is due 2 months after your registration date, etc… Payment #6 is due by 6/26/2026.

*You will be emailed with your payment plans details after you register. An invoice will be sent to you each month. We do NOT offer automatic payments, so you will be responsible for sending your payment by the due date each month.

*A $5.00 late fee will be assessed per each late payment. If you have not completed your payment plan by 6/26/26, you will be responsible for paying the full $285 registration fee by 8/31/26. ALL FEES MUST BE PAID IN FULL BY 8/31/26 IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE IN THE 2026-2027 SESSION.

REGISTRATION FEE - $285

​

PAY IN 2:

Pay $145 on your initial registration date. Payment #2 in the amount of $140 is due 1 month after your registration date.

 

PAY IN 3:

Pay $105 on your initial registration date. Payment #2 in the amount of $90 is due 1 month after your registration date. Payment #3 in the amount of $90 is due 2 months after your registration date.
