PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT

I understand by registering my child for Sound Check Show Choir that I am agreeing to adhere to Sound Check's attendance policy for both rehearsals and performances of the Spring Session 2024. You may only miss up to 5 rehearsals (20 hours) during the Spring Session 2024. You may not miss more than 2 rehearsals in a row.

I understand that if my child breaks any of the attendance policies, they will be dismissed for the remainder of the session with no refund. I understand the uniform requirements and understand that my child is required to participate in the session's fundraiser in order to be a member of the group. Refunds after your initial registration will be only 50% of the registration fee. Absolutely no refunds will be given after January 5, 2024.
