AUDITION REGISTRATION

Before you signing up for an audition time, please read carefully through our information, policies and procedures
to ensure that you are prepared to commit to our show choir during the 2026-2027 session.

*Your child must be at least 9 years old by September 1, 2026 in order to audition. 

You must submit a registration form for each person you are registering for auditions.

*In the unlikely event that the participant would become injured during the Sound Check Show Choir audition process, I release Sound Check Show Choir and its staff from any liability, cost and/or damage. I also give my consent for Sound Check Show Choir to seek emergency treatment for the participant if necessary, and I agree to accept financial responsibility for the costs related to this emergency treatment.
