Fall 2025 Performance Information
As we head into our performance portion of the session, please review our policies concerning mandatory rehearsals and performances.
~ You MUST attend the mandatory last studio rehearsal on Saturday, January 31, the mandatory dress rehearsal on Friday, February 6 and mandatory concert on Saturday, February 7 , 2026.
The concert is MANDATORY if you wish to be a part of Sound Check Show Choir in future sessions.
~Even though the private performance on Monday, February 2 (entire group) and the National Anthem performance on Sunday, May 31 (National Anthem auditioned group only) are not listed as ‘mandatory’, please understand that does not mean they are “optional”. We need everyone to be there for the best interest of the entire group!
~If an emergency occurs and you must be absent the day of a performance, you must CALL or TEXT Sarah (937-974-7887) ASAP.
~If you are a NO CALL/NO SHOW to ANY of the performances, you will be dismissed from the group for the remainder of the session and any future sessions. If you are asking to be excused from the mandatory last studio rehearsal, mandatory dress rehearsal or mandatory concert due to illness, you MUST provide a signed doctor's note explaining why you are unable to perform.
UNIFORM
For all performances, you should wear:
1. Your uniform Sound Check t-shirt - you will not get this shirt until right before our first performance!
2. Long, ankle length black dance leggins/yoga pants - tight to the ankle, no designs/writing and with no other colors on them
3. Black low-top Converse (or knock-offs) with white trim & white laces. Socks should be low/no-show and black!

Hair needs to be pulled away from the face (half up, ponytail, bun). You are required to wear makeup to the concert on Saturday, February 7 - at least blush, mascara and red/dark pink lipstick.
We will glitter the group members before the concert on 2/7. If you do not want glitter on your child, let us know beforehand!
Our shirts have metallic/glitter text, which must be carefully laundered. If you wash your shirts between performances, PLEASE wash inside out, hang to dry and tumble on low heat/delicate to get any wrinkles out!
*If you are not in the correct uniform for any of the events listed above, you will NOT be permitted to rehearse/perform with the group at that event!

Arrival time- 6:10 pm
Performance time - 6:30 pm​
Pickup time - 7:30 pm
This is a PRIVATE PERFORMANCE for the residents of the Wellington. ONLY 1 ADULT PER GROUP MEMBER MAY ATTEND THIS PERFORMANCE! You must be willing to sit or stand in the back. Seats near the front should be given to the residents. Do not invite anyone to attend this performance.
2 ~Dress Rehearsal & Concert (MANDATORY)~

Both the dress rehearsal and concert will be held at Town Hall Theatre.

Dress rehearsal is Friday, February 6 from 5:15-8:00 pm - MANDATORY. If you miss dress rehearsal, you will NOT be permitted to perform at the show on 2/7. You must be at this rehearsal in its entirety! You may not arrive late or leave early. NO EXCEPTIONS!
DO NOT WEAR YOUR UNIFORM DURING THIS REHEARSAL! Save it for the concert the next day! Wear comfortable clothes easy to dance in and your black Converse.
Only one parent per family may attend this rehearsal. NO EXCEPTIONS. This has been a problem in the past and we will ask people to leave if necessary.
Our concert is Saturday, February 7 at 6:00 pm.
Arrival time for group members is 4:00 pm.
Doors open to the parents/public at 5:30 pm.
NO ONE (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF DIRECTORS, CREW & GROUP MEMBERS) WILL BE PERMITTED IN THE THEATER BEFORE 5:30 PM - NO EXCEPTIONS!

This is the performance that you should invite your family and friends to attend!

*Please come dressed in uniform with finished hair and makeup. You will have time to touch up hair and makeup in the dressing rooms before the start of the show.

The concert is about 60 minutes. There will be a very brief awards ceremony following the performance. Group members are free to leave at the conclusion of the show.​​
